The mask you are using is heavy and hard to fit properly...prone to leaks. I tried it and hated it. There are many other FF mask that are easier to seal. Read the customer reviews on the FF masks at cpap.com.

I'm back with SH screenshot. I'm sure not able to seal this mask, and my sleep is very interrupted.I am using VA for healthcare, can you recommend another mask or maybe a nasal pillow solution. I am adding 2L/min of compressed O2 at the outlet of the APAP at present. Comments on graph appreciated. I have like 40 days of info.

You could look at the nasal pillow mask that I use.
See the link in my equipment profile.

We can recommend what we use but there's no guarantee that you will feel the same way about it.

Do you normally breathe through your nose just fine during the day and night?
Or do you have chronic nasal congestion issues that you can't clear up and that congestion forces you to mouth breathe just to move air?

Go to cpap.com and take a stroll through all the masks available and see if something looks interesting to you.
There are reviews with each mask.

Unfortunately your little box for on screen keyboard is right in the middle of the leak graph so all we know is you were in large leak territory but not how deep.

Clearly whatever mask this is...it isn't working well at all.
Both from the software report standpoint and the fact that leaks are waking you up often during the night.
IMHO there are a lot of masks out there both in the full face mask category and the other categories that aren't nearly so problematic for keeping the seal as the ComfortGel BlueFFM.

Did they actually measure you for this mask or did they say...you look like a so and so size and just give you one?

Still have major mask leak issues. did better this night. When I got up twice I left machine running and created LL overall. I am more comfortable if I don't have to restart, but can start where I left off. How else can I handle this? Appreciating the depth and knowledge on this site. Any comments as to how I am doing and what problems to focus on will be respected. If you need to see more info please tell me what to post.
Haven't figured out how to grab imgur image to post directly.

I'm not sure how much you can really gather from the data until your leaks are sorted out.

Wow...your leaks are bigtime. It's time to try a different mask. It often takes several tries to find the right mask in fit and design for a particular user.

When leaks are of this magnitude, your machine isn't able to keep up with recording accurate AHI. But your reading above 5 lets us know that your machine hasn't been able to compensate for the leaks and your therapy is being compromised.

So...keep trying on those masks. You're entitled to a change in mask for medical reasons and the cost should be covered under your insurance - provided you have coverage for DME.

You keep zooming in on the night, so that only part of it is shown, however, this one was better than the last.

Your pressures are too low, I'd suggest min 10, max 20,... and get the leaks under control, that's why you've got so many unknown apneas. Maybe you've got the wrong sized mask... or that one just doesn't fit your face.
