Interestingly enough, a new bed seems to be what brought things to a head and make me get treatment. None of my postural techniques worked to minimize in my newer, much softer/more plush hybrid spring mattress after moving on from a very firm foam mattress. We got a 4 in. memory foam topper. It worked for us.
