Today I returned my 2 week old PR BiPAP Pro machine to my DME (the results weren't any better than my PR Auto CPAP machine I got in November). I kept the SD card however as I did not want to give up the personal data.
So my question: can I use the card from the machine I just returned in my Auto CPAP machine? I can't imaging it would cause any issues, but I'm not completely sure, so thus the question.
Thanks.

Re: Dumb SD Card Question
Just to be on the safe side I'd stick it in my computer and format the card.

Re: Dumb SD Card Question
It probably wouldn't be a problem either way, whichever machine uses the card will likely just create new folders and write to those anyway.
But since you're not going to be using the machine that made the data on the card, just format it. If you want to save the data on the card, copy it over to your PC prior to format.
Edit: I'm not positive, but the format probably needs to be fat32 in lieu of NTFS. I'll check mine tonight, as most machines will probably use the same format.

Re: Dumb SD Card Question
Yes, you can use that SD card in your PR S1 and you don't have to even erase the BiPap data.
Your System One machine won't care.
If you want to erase it...no need to reformat...just use your computer and navigate to the SD card and manually delete the folder.
I have used a SD card with 3 different Respironics machine data on the card...Respironics machines don't care.
Now ResMed machines care.

Re: Dumb SD Card Question
A S9 will reformat the card if anything is on it that it doesn't like, the air10 machines don't care about other stuff on the card.Fetou wrote: ↑Thu Aug 02, 2018 5:24 pmWhat do you have to do on a Resmed out of curiosity?Pugsy wrote: ↑Thu Aug 02, 2018 2:30 pmYes, you can use that SD card in your PR S1 and you don't have to even erase the BiPap data.
