Research your medication side effects thoroughly.
Celexa has a well known side effect for causing fatigue, excessive fatigue and insomnia.
Same thing with the naltrexone.
Google them...there's a lot more potential side effects than what I listed.

Something to maybe have a chat with your doctor about. They could be a factor in not feeling so great...maybe not all of it but a factor.
