did i get a good sleep

hi i guys i had rough time at my titration test today coudnt fall asleep maybe slept 2 hrs all night i got home and sept ahour i think snd i felt it was a good sleep can anyone read these graps for me and tell me it was a good sleep

We don't need or want all those graphs....it actually makes evaluation harder.
Do the basics and get one image only...then if someone needs or whats something else they can just ask.

Well yes...it was from a one hour nap because last night was the titration sleep study from hell and he came home and took an hour nap.

Which is of course really too short amount of time for much evaluation but he needs to know about the usual format anyway...for the next time he maybe posts an entire night which is why I said what I said.
Doesn't matter how many hours..1 or 10...don't want or need all those images and graphs.

this was tuesday july 24 i had sum early naps in the day i wake up 20 AND 40 minz intervals for the 2 naps during day
but here is the graph for the whole day i hope this is how u guys want it

You need to raise your minimum pressure to 9 and see how it goes. The Philips machines are slow to respond and you need more minimum pressure to treat your Obstructive Apnoea

i had some good sleep i think i didnt wake up as much times as i use to i think the mi presuure to 9 might of worked
