The thing of it is that since the mendaciously named "SoClean2" doesn't actually clean anything then even reports by happy users have little to no weight, because the evidence of whether SoClean working as claimed is literally nothing, well, except for the lingering smell of poison gas and damage to one's CPAP gear. We know that works.

Unless users are doing before and after swabs and cultures, they have no idea if this is working. They might as well invest in tiger-repelling amulets and then all post here about how great the amulets they work because they've never been attacked at home by tigers.

I ate garlic spread before bedtime and didn't get bitten by a vampire... that's CONCLUSIVE PROOF THAT IT WORKS!

I don't know that it's necessary, but I use distilled water, dump the excess every morning, and run the machine for about half an hour empty in the AM to make sure it's dry.

Yes, I know that this is overkill, and I know that I'm using an $800 medical device to do the work of a $20 hairdryer.
