Dreamstation does not diplay AHI

My new Dreamstation Auto cpap machine does not display the AHI in the "user info" section. I looked in the clinical section of setup and there is no "disable or in able" AHI setting displayed. I can axcess the AHI through SH and dreammapper, but why does my unit not display it in the user info? Anybody else experience this? Please advise.

It will show the AHI but you have to go in the clinical setup menu area and tell it to show the AHI.

Here is what my model shows in clinical setup. No AHI? Really weird for this high end system. Only shows my hours used in "info". Nothing else. Model DSX500H auto pap.

Have you tried turning that first setting— in the upper left corner—to “on”? Without comparing it to my machine I can’t be sure, but that sure looks like it could be info.

Sure do like this forum. Thanks to everyone for the suggestions. SusanWink solved my problem. Thank you SusanWink. AHI and all other info was in that first App and I turned it on. Now everything is in user info.

Install the DreamMapper app on your iPhone or Android phone. It will give you all that information daily. I check it every morning. While not as comprehensive as SleepyHead, you can see the basics without having to pull the SD card out and loading SH software.

Here is a good set of steps (with photos/screen shots) on how to set it up on your phone. The portion about the app starts about half way down the review. Look for the section that says Cell Phone Integration.

Susan wink thanks i had to replace machine because of motor problem old machine displayed AHI new one didnt this solved my problem
