I have 2 machines and tried them both and when breathing through my mouth with the highest setting of humidity I get terrible dry mouth. Is there anything I can do about it? Is there a brand of CPAP machine that has a humidifier that is super humid air? Any help would be appreciated.
Have you tried any of the dry mouth rinses, like Biotene?
Taping my lips shut and a cervical color (backwaqrds) is the only thing that helps me any at all.

I chew Spry gum after eating and before masking up. It uses xylitol. Bacteria cannot use that sugar alcohol so tooth decay and bad breath are less likely. It is digested in a different part of the gut so less likely than other sugar alcohols to cause gut distress. Be aware it is dangerous to pets, so I keep my container tightly screwed shut and wrap the chewed-up leftover tightly in a facial tissue and so far my cat has not shown any interest (not being able to taste sweet works in this case).
On that same note, I get dry lips so I use Badger cocoa butter lip balm before masking up. I like the vanilla bean, orange, and coffee flavors. This is also a great cuticle softner
