Unplugged APAP.. Will it lose Settings?

Does an APAP machine lose its settings if unplugged?

If that were the case, you would have to redo the settings every time you checked in or out of a hotel!

Its not quite as silly as some make it out to be - if you pull the plug while the pump is still pumping, you'll loose the data from the last session. I unplug every morning on the boat, so I wait about 10 seconds after turning off the pump to make sure the data got recorded.

It will depend on the machine and the exact circumstances, but I have lost data.

You mean there was loose data all around the room?

No, data is lighter than air, it just floats up, up, and away. That's how it gets up to the clouds.

Isn't it amazing? All that was required was a one word answer which was given in the next post. Someone always needs to make it more complicated.
