Well I just checked and I am 22 days into therapy, with a total of 210 hours on my Remstar Auto w/cflex. I don't think I would have been near as compliant if I had not found this board, thanks to all!!

Aw shucks

Just trying to help those that are at the same point I was 25 days ago... (No machine, horrible experience with DME, and trying to figure out how I was going to live hooked up to a hose at night)

I attribute the high compliance to 3 factors:

1) Cflex - Had trouble breathing against 10cm/H2O during titration. Sleep tech wrote that I had no problems (GRRRRR!!!! )

2) Auto Titration (I was actually titrated too low during my sleep study, I no doubt would not be feeling as good if I went with the lower pressure)

3) Seeing the results of therapy. For me this is a BIG compliance issue. Heck I didn't even know that I snored, let alone stop breathing. By looking at the reports, I can *SEE* that it is doing something.

Wow, 430+ posts from Mikesus. I think both I AND wader will have to start watching our spots on the all time post list.

Liam, who really doesn't care about these things, but it's fun to have a friendly competition.
