Hi there I just started CPAP a month ago mild OSA I woke up last night in the middle of the night with my heart flipping in my chest like a fish for about 20 seconds it stopped immediately after I took mask off. I have cardiologist, had all tests he sees no issues. Any insight? Can’t really get any answers it’s frustrating 😣 now I’m scared to put mask on again. Long winded, thank you ❤️

It's probable from you still having events of Sleep Apnea, you need to get involved with your treatment. Fill in your profile with the equipment you have, the real makes and models,(In text not Iconny) download Sleepyhead and set it up. (See the bottom of my post.) Then post the screens so people can help. Also post the settings you are using. Jim

Agree about checking your data. It may hold a clue. I had a bad wakeup last week and when I pulled the data, sure enough, I had an apnea event at the time I woke. Even if you don't spot something obvious, you can make sure your treatment actually is effective, or rule out ineffective treatment as a cause for your symptoms. It's not unusual for new users to need a bit of tweaking as they settle in to sleeping with CPAP.

Yeah. Titration studies are guesses at best.
