Well, when I don’t wear my machine I can sleep for 8, 10, 12 hours lol. Granted, I still feel pretty crappy when I do wake, but, I don’t wake up at that 4 hour mark. That why I thought it was strange.

Last night after moving my min pressure up a click from 4cm to 5cm , I didn’t wake up and slept the entire night (around 7 hours straight, which I was quite happy with and an ahi of 0.8). Maybe a freak thing? Who knows. I guess I’ll find out this next week.
