changing BI-Pap asv to cpap

Post by Hurricane » Sun Jun 17, 2018 8:34 am

Been getting high AHI readings in the 14 range, always in the past had numbers under five, so to test this I would like to know if I can set the machine to cpap only for to see if numbers get better.

There is no cpap mode I don't think but you might be able to limit some of the settings so that the machine ends up functioning like a cpap. Dumb it down so to speak.

EPAP min and max and IPAP will all need to be the same and PS min and max will need to be 0. Auto back up will need to be off.
I don't know if the machine will let you make those changes or not.
