APEX XT Sense goes back to standby by itself. Please help

I’m a new user.
I programmed my CPAP but after about a minute stops working and goes back to standby by itself. Please help

Where did you get it?

My suggestion...return it and get a real and reliable machine where you can use software to see what might be happening.

It shouldn't be turning itself off...means there is something wrong with it.

At best about all we can offer is
1...confirm that there is nothing wrong with the electric wall socket
2...unplug the machine and try it in another wall socket to see if it does the same thing. Sometimes a reboot helps and trying it in another wall socket covers the reboot thing and the wall socket thing.
