Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Original prescription was a constant pressure setting of 9. What i've noticed is whenever I sleep longer than 7 hours may AHI goes way up. My last hour to hour and half of sleep is always really poor. Does this mean I need to adjust my highest number up even more? Hoping some experts have some suggestions because when I got my AHI below 1 I felt way more rested than when my AHI is 3 to 5!

During the last part of your sleep, you are probably not sleeping soundly, and are often half awake. This causes your breathing to be uneven, and the machine will often log events that really aren't events. We refer to these as sleep wake junk (SWJ). On your second chart, the first part of your sleeping looks pretty good. I have noticed my wife does the same thing if she sleeps longer than 7 hours. If she does, the last part of her sleep will show a lot of events. Personally, I have found that if I wake up after sleeping at least 6 hours, I may as well go ahead and get up. I never get back into a sound sleep, and I will register a ton of events if I try to go back to sleep.

The last hour of the night the events are CA's your autoset cannot do anything about those. They will probably diminish over time (The next 3 months), if not a different type of machine will be required, Ignoring the CA's you numbers are good, I see no need to change your pressures.

If that were my results...

I would raise the max pressure from 12 to 15 and
change EPR from 3 to 2.

Try that for a couple of nights.

Please don't use *both* the pressure AND mask pressure traces... they're redundant... move the mask pressure trace off, and make the others larger.

leaks
snore
