O/T It's about time...

Those who know people with terminal illnesses realize this is a small step in the right direction. The big question is why did it take so long?

Yes, But as with all things misuse will happen, fraud, scams, and Munchausen patients will have a field day. But if done for the right reasons, a start. We also need better terminal solutions. Jim
