. . . Hershey Kisses . . . . .
My preference is Ghirardelli 60% chocolate chips.
20 are quite satisfying--at only 10 grams of carbohydrate.

Or the rest of the year, you don't need one in the daytime, and you move a lot more air awake. Sweets get the juices flowing. Jim

I have two collapsed salivary glands from cancer treatment so I have dry mouth horribly. I can’t imagine going without the benefit the humidifier adds.

I can't imagine going without added moisture and I don't have anything like you have to cause problems with dry mouth.

This whole humidity or not thing comes with a huge YMMV sticker.
Those that don't need or want it...more power to you but don't assume that just because you don't need it or want it that the rest of us are just like you are.

I once tried reducing the setting....horrible results and I won't ever be doing that again. I get enough of a reminder as to what happens if I forget to add the water and it goes dry during the night. I have always said that I would go without the cpap before I would use it without the humidifier. That's why I always have a spare machine and humidifier....just in case.
