Dreamwear sizing

Hi all
Does anyone here have any idea exactly how the sizing changes on the Dreamwear cushions and gel pillows?
I am using the cushions in sz. small and the gel pillows in large and doing well with both. It's a puzzlement.

Next month hope to get a Dreamwear FF as a backup and cannot depend on a DME for fitting.

The size chart does not seem to be of much help for me.

I have the cushions and the full face mask. They use same sizing chart. Can't help with the pillows though.

The cushion size is determined by the size of your nose. You can find a downloadable sizing chart at cpap.com. The frame size depends on the size and shape of your head and face. My face is longer than my wife's, plus I have a high forehead (not just because of hair loss ). I use the medium frame with a large cushion. My wife uses a small frame with a small cushion. If you are thinking about ordering one, you can either order the fit pack which has the medium frame, and four different sized cushions. If you know which size cushion you need, you can order a mask with the correct sized cushion which comes with a medium and small frame. I ended up getting the fit pack for my wife, and the mask with one cushion and two frames for me. That way, we had most of the possible combinations to do fit checks with.

The nasal mask and the full face go by the size of your nose. The pillows go by the size of your nostrils. I use a small nasal mask, a small full face and a medium pillow.
