Hello, new here and to bi-pap. Very interesting and useful postings! Had a very good start for three months but something changed and I was pulling the nasal pillow out because I couldn't breathe. The group that sells this stuff (is that the DME?) was of no help and said they didn't even know what they had sold me, so they sent new things that were even worse and said I couldn't return them because I had opened them. I stopped using the bi-pap for three months. My doctor wanted me to keep trying because my AHI is 50. The last DME (?) seemed knowledgeable and sent more. I am able to use was was sent, but I am not getting the relief that I had gotten in my initial three months.
I would like to request some advice but I see that the chart and graph things are essential components of a request for help. (I was very pleased to learn here that I can make adjustments myself. I was told, and read, that only a professional could make changes.)
If I am understanding how to get started here, I need to install the Sleepytime program and import into it information from my machine. My impression is that the information is supposed to be on an SD card that can be read by Sleepytime on my computer? I cannot find the SD card. I see no slot for an SD card. There is a "lid" on one side of my machine that opens to reveal a piece of plastic that looks like it should be removable and may have the SD card in it. However, tugging on it and pushing on it doesn't do anything. I'm afraid if I use force (like a flat head screw driver) that I will break the plastic. so : 1) is that where the SD card is; and 2) is there some trick to getting the plastic piece out? I could not find any instruction manuals.
Advice to get me started would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Sleepytime and SD card
Go here and request the clinical/provider manual for your machine.
https://www.apneaboard.com/adjust-cpap- ... tup-manual
In the manual it will show where the SD card is supposed to be.

Re: Sleepytime and SD card
If it’s similar to my DreamStation apap, I think it was a little difficult to get the card out the first time. Looking at a picture of your machine it appears to be in the same place, in the same opening as the filters—the lid you mentioned. I have to hold it steady while I push on the card. Push, then it will pop out where you can grasp and pull the rest of the way. I think maybe it’s just a little awkward—partly because the machine is so light.
