Positional therapy has issues. APAP has issues. Everyone needs to find the solution that works for them.
If someone posts that APAP is not working for them, they are told that they are not trying hard enough. Try harder.
If someone says they want help with positional therapy, they are told. Try harder at APAP.
Using weight loss, general exercise, and tongue/throat exercises I managed to get my AHI down to approx 5.
Not using a machine currently.

APAP keeps me awake after 3 or 4 hours. I need 7 to 8 hours of sleep.
