Using a hme with DreamWear full face mask

Wondering if you can use a heat moisture exchange (hme)device with the new dreamwear full face mask? If you can how would you set it up?

I've been wondering that myself.
The DreamWear FFM doesn't use as much water as other full face masks that I've tried, so I'm thinking that an HME might do the job.

I'm going camping in July. I haven't camped at all since I started CPAP two years and four months ago.
I'm hoping to figure out a way to power my AirSense 10 Autoset and use my DreamWear full face mask on the trip.
