It goes in the hose.

cons? It reduces effective pressure if your machine doesn't have a setting for it.

Using a pr system one 50 series currently, what does that mean? That I won't be getting proper therapy?

If you use it with a 50, it'll take a bit more pressure to compensate... maybe two cm.

Awesome, I'm ready to hop on board, but does it obstruct air flow? Will my. Machine not give me the pressure needed?

What happened, did the Cat rip a hole in your bubble. What are you going to wear when you aren't using XPAP. How have you managed to get to the age you are without one. Jim

I got on a newsletter and they send me masks once a while, wipes and other miscellaneous stuff. Never do they give me hoses. Which I'm in constant need for my centipede.

But I put the filter last night between the mask and the hose. I found out that 1 level of pressure was not sufficient to help with my apnea, i woke up a few times chocking. I looked at sleepy head and ahi was 8.2 the highest in 5 years! Lol. So I either am increasing pressure by 3, or these filters are gimmicks

I have never had to up my pressure. Of course my pressure is so high I can't up the pressure on my machine.

The filter is great especially during ragweed season. I am very allergic. My first year before I found out about the filters I had one sinus infection after the next, it was miserable.
The filter was like magic.

I wish you well.. :D
