You graphs are zoomed in too far and don’t really show us anything as they only show a 10 min period

You've got the flow rate so squished... make the flags a bit smaller, loose the snore, make the flow bigger so it's easier to see what's happening.
It looks like disturbed breathing.. but not sure. Also, when you're highlighting an event, put it on the right side of the window, so that more of the 'what led up to it' is visible...
A lot of times, people will put the event in the middle, with a lot of "we don't care what happened after" taking up half the screen... and what may have started the whole thing off screen to the left....
