I don't think there's anything in ky or astroglide to help your nose heal, and that's what's more important. I didn't put the lanolin on my nose before I put on the mask, I put it on after.

It's also great for sore nose from too much tissue use when you've got a cold, or chapped lips.

Also, thanks for going back to your old post. Wish more people would do that when they come back to an issue.

And, yeah, the p10 does make my nose squishy looking when wearing it.

I don't wear a chinstrap, so can't help you on that.

Doesn't make my nose look squishy or piggy nose but then I wear it disgustingly loose anyway.
The headgear will stretch out with some time and you can accelerate it by putting it around something larger...like a basketball.
Even for a nasal pillow veteran like me when I first tried the P10 my nose felt like it had run into someone's fist. Took about a week for that to go away and I had been using nasal pillows of some sort for many years.
Wasn't long before it was so stretched out I was doing the hot water wash to shrink it up.
