I saw the machine but I'm not sure what it was.

I still can't figure it out.
I bet you can't remember what you ate.
Too busy making ignorant guesses about what was going on. Doesn't know what it was, but was sure it was a cpap... even though there are other little boxes that could be attached to masks to help with respiratory issues.

Now, get ready for this: a man two tables away from us was sitting with a cpap MASK on his face! I tried not to stare but I couldn't help it because I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
Cpap isn't just for sleeping, one would think you'd been around long enough to have learned that.

There was a guy a while back that was needing to get his wired up on battery to use on his wheelchair, to help with his respiratory issues.

Hell, it may not have even been cpap... could have been another respiratory assist device.
No need to be your usual obnoxious self, palerider. I've seen people with respiratory devices out and about; most of us have at one time in our lives. This was a cpap machine and I was surprised to see one outside of someone's home. And yes, I did think cpap was just for sleeping. Here we say use the machine when you are sleeping -- not use the machine when you are awake. Guess I missed the thread where the guy needed his cpap machine wired up on battery.

You could have just as easily said what you did in a much different tone. Try it sometime. It might even work for you.
 It's most interesting that YOU (palerider) brought this thread back up to the top of the first page, considering that it already had over 1,500 views and was close to running its course. That says SO MUCH more about who YOU really are than it does about any machine. Carry on.

Some how or other we have strayed from a discussion about the original message to attacking the messenger.

Please knock it off guys/gals. There's no need for name calling ...and I am preparing corners to send people to since Dori isn't here for her time out corners.

The next time i'm out eating in public instead of staring at the people wearing XPAP masks, i'll just ignore them like they are homeless. Not really, that's how people stare at me, I don't like it.

In reality you will find me setting in my truck, I send the wife into get my food, McDee's Egg sausage biscuit. I hate drive thru, then I go home and pig out, with my XPAP mask on. Jim

Pugsy... the only person who needs to go to a "corner" is palerider. He started the ruckus. You know that, I know that, and most people reading this thread knows that. Everyone else involved in this thread was civil.
