You are young you probably have a better chance of making it through all this than some of us older folks. It takes time and commitment to cpap for it to work. I’ve been on mine 4 years all ready.

Best wishes for your success. Start seeing a mental healthcare professional, focus on others - volunteer at a homeless shelter for example, be thankful that you are living in a great country. If you are a person of faith, pray to your lord, Lord if it is Jesus.

Religions have many lords. Their believers are free to pray to them. Jesus is the only Lord with a capital L.
