Nice to meet both of you, I hope to post an update tomorrow evening about the event.
I think one of the most interesting things said was regarding the use of Bilevel (Bipap) for compliance.
You will have to guess the answer til tomorrow night!
As for the Audio. I spoke with the person that organized it and I can only provide audio in a streaming fashion, IOW, no downloading. I will be emailing him regarding posting it on their website... Will keep you folks informed...

Mikesus,
It was great meeting you and Snoozin' tonight at the DC lecture.
And it was also great meeting new people. I think it was nice that you recorded the lecture. Also, thanks for bringing in the Aura for us all to see.
Suggestion: Perhaps you can start a topic tomorrow, to describe the meeting, as you said. And that way Snoozin' and I could post our reactions to it, if we wish.
NOTE TO FORUM MEMBERS: When it came time for questions, Mikesus was right up there, wowing the lecturer with his great questions. Only, I've forgotten the questions and answers, so maybe he'll fill us in with the details soon.

The questions were :
1. When a sleep titration study is done, asinge pressure is determined from that single night, wouldn't patients be better treated from an autotitrating CPAP?
2. Often the first line of defense for sleep apnea is CPAP, and'if there are Compliance issues, BIPAP is prescribed, wouldn't patients be better treated with APAP ?
Answers tonight...
