And for side sleepers, esp. those with back trouble, use a pillow between knees (the long "body" pillows for pregnant women are great! fit from feet to thighs and almost to shoulder, depending on height)...also, "hugging" a pillow helps keep the bottom shoulder from getting so sore...and a pillow or wedge behind the back helps, too.About the back pain. If someone is a back sleeper, one thing to do is to put a pillow under your knees to take the pressure off your lower back
All techniques I use because of degenerative disk disease and arthritis in neck and spine...
