getting sleep report on airsense 10

Post by Kim A » Wed Mar 14, 2018 1:19 pm

Can some one tell me what I'm doing wrong? I have a Airsense 10 auto and have no problems with it. I just got a Airsense 10 for her for my wife. I have tried to get her sleep report but it will not go past "my air" on the screen. Do you have to sign up on "my air" to get the rest of the info? I don't remember having to do that on my machine. Thanks for your help.

You have to go into the clinical setup menu area and change a setting in the AirSense 10 machine.

Essentials...from the factory it defaults to "usage" which is hours of use only and to see the data on the sleep report screen you have to changed Essentials from "usage" to "Plus".
Here's the manual if you don't know how to get to the clinical menu area.

No more data than you see but you might get some smilies and badges and gold stars for doing something and some scores to pat you on the back.
The data that the reports from MyAir is essentially what you can see on the machine's LCD screen. It's pretty limited.
If you want the good stuff you need to use the available software.

I think if you go to MyAir website you can see an example of what they show.
It's pretty sophomoric IMHO and I don't bother with it myself.
