I don't know what you are using or have been using but I would go back to 4 for right now and see if the congestion goes away.
The nasal dryness might be easier to deal with than the congestion.
I use something like Simply Saline daily to help with nasal dryness (and I have the humidifier set to nearly max).
If I don't use a high setting I get nasal congestion...my nose likes a lot of water.
Your nose may not like so much but still feel dry...and in that case just moisten the mucosa during the day with some Simply Saline solution.
