Nasal Pillows
Nasal Pillows are a relatively new form of CPAP interface, two such are called the ResMed Swift and the Breeze (maker of which I always screw up).
The basic idea is that instead of putting a mask OVER your nose, or nose and mouth, you just have these soft silicon "pillows" which sit against the openings of your nostrils and inflate slightly to form a good seal.
The nice part about them is that they're much less obtrusive (particularly the Swift, you can still read with it on even if you wear glasses, and you can even still kiss your spouse goodnight with RELATIVE ease).
Check out https://www.cpap.com and look for the swift and the breeze for more information.
Or ask if you've got specific questions.

Re: Nasal Pillows
I use the Swift, its probably the least intrusive from what I hear on this board.I bought the Breeze and have rec'd it, but haven't tried it yet. I wanted as a backup. That too is a nasal pillow. Will L wrote:What are nasal pillows and what do they do?
I think the secret with the nasal pillow deal are the straps when you get them down pat, and comfortable (oxymoron) the pillows are less likely to leak and shift. This is what I am noticing anyway IMHO.
