I think I'll just forgo the S/W. I don't see the savings for bundling. In fact it's about $10 cheaper if I buy them separately on cpap.com? I'll see how it goes.

A fairly nice casket can be had for $2,000, but the rest is overcharged for.
I choose to take a proactive approach to treatment and prolong the investment in casket until I don't have a choice. Software is less painful than a butcher with a knife. Jim

That casket would need to be made of some real fancy particle board for that price!

I have an M Series Auto C-Flex Machine. My DME turned the AHI and Leak information off. How exactly do I turn it back on?
Thanks

I used my M auto w/o the software for the first 2 1/2 weeks because I didn't want to install software until some pc problems were fixed. During this time I did have access to AHI (no breakdown of apneas/hypopneas) and leaks (no knowledge of whether large leaks).
After I installed software and downloaded Encore Pro Analyzer, I realized I had been flying in the dark without the software. The Analyzer also does a great job of breaking down what is happening with what pressures etc.
IMHO the best therapy for OSA is personally taking control of your treatment utilizing the autopap and software.

Snooter, the software does sound complex and like something else to deal with, but my experience has been that with the aid of the auto AND software, my mental acuity has improved so much that life does not seem complex any more. For the same reason you stated above, I, too, put off getting the auto and software. Now I am so thankful I went ahead and took the plunge.
