That's fine, but maybe you should have made that clear in your first post. There are tens of thousand of people that read this forum. Remember, when traveling with ambulatory children, put backpacks on them.
Let them carry THEIR stuff.
Never trust baggage handlers to give a hoot about your CPAP.
Any airline, any stuff, if it is hard to replace, CARRY IT.
