Help! Lost User Profiles on SleepyHead

Hi there,

I am new to CPAP talk! I have been downloading multiple profiles from different people's CPAPs on our Sleepyhead Software for data collection. For some reason during the most download in which I created another new user profile, the other profiles vanished! Does anyone know how to get that data back? Most of the data is backed up, but the files seem to be unreadable on the computer. Perhaps is there a way to get the backed up data back in the Sleepyhead software?

Apologies for a kind of is-there-gas-in-the-tank question. Did you go to File/Change User?
