Hi everyone, I started APAP therapy on December 8. My sleep study showed very mild apnea of about 6.5 AHI on the night of my study, despite feeling really tired and run down for about a year now. I've used my Dreamstation every night since then, and was getting my AHI down to about 1.5-2 most nights. However, the last new nights it's been on the rise with a 5.2 last night and I can't figure out why. It keeps going up night after night but I haven't changed anything.
Here are some hopefully helpful screenshots:

Does anyone see any obvious issues? Suggestions? Please help!
Thanks in advance everyone!

I would try min 12 to clean up some stuff. The 2 clusters may come and go, do you often have these groups?
I wouldn't worry about the CA. if you want to try to reduce them, you could lower the flex.

Thanks for the reply. The clusters aren’t usually there. On a “good” night, all my OAs are pretty evenly spread out through the night. I was at 12 min for awhile but wasn’t getting better numbers so I came down to 11. Maybe I’ll go back up!
I won’t worry too much about the CAs. I must have a small airway to have all these OAs, I’m 24 years old, 6’1 and 165 lbs and workout every day! It blows my mind to see that my airway closed 23 times last night. What the heck?!

Looks to me that your OA events are happening while the pressure is down. The machine is not reacting fast enough to stop the events
I think if you raise the minimum pressure it should prevent them from happening in the first place.
I would also raise the min to 12.
