Dream Station Heated Tube Error
Dream Station Heated Tube Error
I'm brand new to the site. Following my sleep study, I received a Phillips Autopap Dreamstation. I really like the unit and adjusted to it well. Less than a month in, I received a error message that read, heated tube error contact support. I called the DME company who contacted the company rep. They are sending me a new heated tube and new humidifier unit. They weren't sure which one was the problem. Has anyone experienced something similar with this unit?

I've never seen that error message, but did a search on "dreamstation heated tube error" and found this link: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/10423 ... ml?page=20. Sounds like it's the tube.

I've cleaned it per the DME's recommendations. Soaked it for 30 minutes in warm water with a mild detergent and then rinse it good. I let it hang throughout the day and air dry.USMCVet wrote:No experience with this at all. Have you been cleaning hose alot?
