MEDICAL SERVICES COMPANY

I am considering taking my cpap supply business from American Home Supply to Medical Services Company. Are they less irritating?

No idea. FWIW, run the name by a rating site.
Forget BBB. Some locations run on bribes.

Check out Versus Health Care. I've used them for a few years with no problems.

I loved American Home Patient for a long time. No matter what the letterheads or Phone messages say they are no longer in business. Lincare swooped in and bought them and stunk it up real bad and real fast. They also were doing business with another name that i can't remember. Long story, short, I went to a local mom and pop place that's been in business 15 years and so far they are great. Do a web search of all the cpap suppliers in your area then go visit them to see if they take your insurance and what they can do for you.

I got my airsense 10 auto set from Lincare. Can't stand their customer support. I had a rep try to tell me I MUST take the recommended supplies that the insurance covered each month. I hung up on her.
Now I am waiting for the Lincare subsidiary ADULT & PEDIATRIC SPECIALISTS to contact me about the new machine. I hope their Customer Service is better than the parent company.

that is insurance fraud. it needs to go the the insurance fraud division in your state. you don't need to prove they said it. if they told you they'll tell an undercover insurance investigator the same thing.
