Didn't think it would ever happen!

Post by Rainmom17 » Fri Jan 26, 2018 8:22 am

Had an AHI of ZERO last night! No centrals, no hypopneas, no obstructions. Nothing but sleep! I thought it was a good sleep but I was still surprised. Since raising my minimum to 9, my highest ahi has been 3.8, but it's usually between 1.1-1.5. So, finally success! And although I still fall asleep reading or watching tv at night, I have been feeling better during the day - more energy.

haha, for some reason this happens why I have "exercise" with my partner. My AHI is 0 every single time
Instead of Sleep apnea it should be called "Sleep deprivation, starving of oxygen, being poisoned by high CO2 levels, damaging the body and brain while it's supposed to be healing so that you constantly get worse and can never get healthy Apnea"
