Resumed S9 Repair Help Needed

Post by MRC_Alberta » Sun Jan 14, 2018 2:06 am

Help / suggestions needed!
My Resumed somehow fell off my nightstand last night, landing face down and cracking along the center join. I've looked at several disassembly posts but don't have the torx driver needed to take it fully apart, and can't get the front clips to snap together. And then there's the broken / missing piece on the edge, about the size of a dime.... (Sorry... Don't know how to post a picture)

It still seems to be running OK, but I'm wondering if I should cover the seam and hole with some duct tape or something?

Replacement or professional repair are not an option for me at this point.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Cover the seam with black electrical tape and look out of a replacement machine at a reasonable price when you can afford it

Get one.

The outer cover doesn't affect the airbox.
