CPAP airsense 10

Post by Dipak Gandhi » Wed Jan 03, 2018 11:04 am

CPAP air sense 10 works verywell on hin own but when time comes to read data on the phone there is a problem. The app for canadian side is different than the american one and on canadian side app doenst work, i tried so many times to commect with my phone but all the time it gives me err, its so frustrating and for air sense 10 Canadian users we can only write an email to them for an issue, there is no tecchnician is willing to talk to me, it wa nice enough that their CRA representative Sheredon helped me out but only up to certain extent. What a waste of time I have lost almost 2.5 hours on the phone just going back and forth, i hope that they will correct the situation

The AirSense 10 (up until some time after August 2015) was sold in Canada with CDMA technology. All Canadian wireless carriers have since abandoned and shut down their CDMA networks. Only new(ish) AirSense 10 machines (sold in the last couple of years) will be able to work in Canada and only if they were manufactured for the Canadian market - AirSense 10 machines marketed/sold in the United States still use CDMA technology and will not function wirelessly in Canada. Of course the units will still work fine for standard APAP purposes, they will just not connect wirelessly to the myAir app.

Use Sleepyhead with the SD card, and by-pass wireless, get more data too. Jim
