Adult wipe caused mask leak??

I used a adult flushable wipe and my mask leaked excessively. For wiping off mask. My choices for tonight are antibacterial dish soap or just plain water. I used a flushable adult wipe last night and that didn't go well I think it caused a leak. Ill buy blue dawn tommorrow but for tonight which one

My mask has silicon pillows, i just use a little hand soap and water. Doesn't have to be sterile, just get the oils off for a decent seal.

I use hand sanitizer, it cleans the oils off nicely, and doesn't harm the silicone.

Baby wipes (no alcohol allowed) work just fine.

Some baby wipes contain alcohol.

Alcohol doesn't matter, it doesn't harm silicone.
