setup help for Respironics system One

I have a basic Respironics System One .

In setup there is no auto choice .

After mode and cpap pressure there is " altitude " and then "fine pressure adjustment" .

What are these ?

Mine is now set at 1 for altitude and -0.8 for fine pressure . What affect would adjusting these have ?

My pressure is at 11 right now . I adjust it between 10 and 12 depending .

I use a Resmed Mirage Quattro full face mask .

Any help you can give me is appreciated . Thanks .

Exactly which basic model....go look on the bottom of the blower for a 3 digit model number?

Fine pressure adjustments:

The CPAP fine pressure adjustment setting.
This setting allows you to calibrate your CPAP pressure to a manometer.
We suggest you do not try to adjust this setting.
