Weird CA cluster
Re: Weird CA cluster
If you're referring to the little spikes at the beginning of sleep, that's called sleep-wake junk and also may occur just before getting up... nothing at all to worry about - very common.
Re: Weird CA cluster
The bulk of your AH is central/clear airway.
A good chunk of those could be Sleep/Wake/Junk or awake breathing irregularities getting flagged by mistake.
Are you waking often during the night and spending quite a bit of time awake with mask on?
The clusters at the beginning and ending of the night...good chance you were awake then and if so they don't count and have to be ignored.

I dont wake up too often unless there is the occasional leak blowing into my eyeball. But those CA's at the end of the night seem to correlate with being half awake before the alarm goes off.
Its just strange that it all of a sudden started happening.
Re: Weird CA cluster
I have times where I am awake and don't get any flags and I have times where I am awake and get a large dense cluster of awake flagged events.
Not sure why except I know that it's the irregularity that is causing the flag. Maybe sometimes our awake breathing is not so irregular and other times it is.
