What is the different between gel and silicone pillows?

They are all silicone. If someone says gel, they are using the wrong word.

Philips has some masks on the market that use gel cushions - but no nasal pillows.

Except for Nuance. I have this: softest nasal pillows ever!
Can't wear them, as I am between sizes, and the leakage is bad for my eyes.
Cpap.com still sells it.
