How can I tell if the centrals are real? Would an oximeter help? Can you recommend a source for me to learn more about centrals? Thanks

All the oximeter will tell you is oxygen levels.

To learn how to figure out if any event is real requires learning how to evaluate the flow rate.
Jason has a good video you might watch that will point you in the right direction.

Sometimes it's really easy to spot the difference but sometimes it's not so easy. Takes lots of practice and looking under the microscope.
