How long to see results
Hi I’ve been on apap last 3 weeks I’ve been only getting 2 hours of sleep with apap until a couple days ago my doctor changed my pressure and now the last 3 nights I’ve got 7 plus hours of sleep with AHI of 5 however I’m feeling almost more tired now then I was when I was only getting 2 hours with cpap!!! Anyone have answers??

It can be a bit of a process to get full benefit. Was for me, anyway.
Try to differentiate between tiredness (which often requires other life changes to address) and sleepiness (which is what PAP can help most with). PAP is one ingredient. Once it is optimized AND you are used to it, PAP removes bad sleep-breathing from the mix. But full benefits can take time and can require investment in improvements in other aspects of life to get health back on track.

Plus, the lack of any meaningful information in it gives us nothing to go on.
