Incorrect data for mask on/off on myAir score

Am getting frustrated because the mask on/off count on my Resmed myAir app occasionally records a large number when I haven't taken the mask off. Last night I slept thru the night yet this morning the app reported 8 mask on/offs!!! Any ideas on what would cause this? No way I am doing this in my sleep.

It's most likely not you, it's the app. It does the same thing to me on occasion, and there is nothing showing in the SH software to indicate any such occurrence.

I have no idea what causes it.

MyAir is crap... use Sleepyhead.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll check into Sleepyhead again. My machine does not use a sim card so don't know if I can use it. Am on wifi.

If you have an in-home router with WiFi, you can put a Flash Air card in your machine and read your data using your in-home WiFi. I have Flash Air cards in both of our machines.

The machine connects back to resmed via cellular, but it's not something that needs a sim card...

it does not use wifi... though you can do like okie said and set up a wifi connection if you buy a special card.

What machine are you using? Most have card slots even if there is not an SD card In the slot. All you have to do is get a small cheap SD and put it in the slot to get your data. Now some machines don't produce helpful data but we don't know which you have.
