I don't know why but your sock post, my mind went tp a mouth full of cat liter to soak it up. That's just wrong, but would work... For anyone considering taping, try CVS brand Gentle Paper Tape. It really is gentle.
I tape every night, and it doesn't irritate my skin at all.
If I don't use tape, I wake up many times each night with air rushing out my mouth.
I know taping is dangerous, but so is lack of sleep, so I take my chances.
I made some changes to it to unsure the straps are not too long and the Velcro overlapped completely.
Taping!

No the sock just protects the chinstrap to keep it clean. With the liner, I wash the chin strap 2-3 times per year. Without the liner, wash every month. I wash the liner every week.Goofproof wrote:I don't know why but your sock post, my mind went tp a mouth full of cat liter to soak it up. That's just wrong, but would work... What I like about the Ultimate Chinstrap is that it stops the checks from bulging (so lips are not pulled apart) and it LIMITS mouth leaking as opposed to trying to totally prevent it.
