Difficulty exhaling

Post by eaudejoy » Sun Nov 19, 2017 6:21 pm

Hi. I'd really like to switch to a nasal pillow. The problem is that I can't easily exhale..there's just too much pressure. I've tried 3or 4 different products from different manufacturers but with the same results. I'm using a Remstar Pro System System One C-Flex Plus with built-in humidifier. My pressure setting 11.5 (which is the pressure the sleep lab prescribed. It's fine for the
Fisher Paykel Simplus full face mask I'm using now but I really need something less bulky. Does anyone have any suggestions for handling this pressure problem? Thanks in advance.

Are you using the C Flex exhale relief and if so, at what setting?

There's no more pressure with a pillow mask than there is with a FFM. any perceived difference is ... just perception, unless you're choosing pillows that are too small.
