Yeah, long time ago.
The nasal prongs have to fit perfect in terms of size because they go up inside the nostrils.
Too small and it won't seal when inflated and too big and it hurts like a son of a gun when inflated.
Unfortunately I was an in between size. One size was too small and wouldn't seal and the next size up hurt too much to even go to sleep.

Great to hear Pugs--

In two weeks I can start over again with 7 masks in the first month. That (nasal ll) is going to be one of them.

(I see you use the swift fx. So do I. Tried the nano cushion--pushed up under eyes and caused bags. Same as the one with the foam rubber. Tell me how do u keep the fx on without the pillows moving when you roll around?

Yup, tried it in the hospital after surgery.. hated the damn thing. It kept falling out and when it stayed put I had the sorest nose you can think of.
Did you read the reviews on cpap.com before you asked this question. I only know of one person on this forum that uses the nasal aire.
Started cpap in 2010.. still at it with great results.
